I was looking for a late morning snack at West Mall Koufu food court yesterday, and settled for a piece of fried yam cake at $0.80. It was lightly warm, and I added some condiments like the chilli sauce and sweet sauce. I like it that... I am glad that I can easily satisfy my claypot rice craving anytime as this stall in the Bukit Batok East neighbourhood sells decent and yummy claypot rice! It is cooked in the traditional way and each wait is about 20 to 30 minutes... It is really great that I can quench my thirst with a healthy drink whenever I am at Bukit Batok station!
