A great lunch to do the work of the day. Filling your tummy with good that would do you good. For this meal, I think I have been overfilling my tummy that it almost exploded. A good meal with my man, his sister and his sister boyfriend. Raving through the crowds at Jcube, browsing menus all over just to look for a specific Japanese restaurant to rest our legs and spend a few hours there. A good meal with my man, his sister and his sister boyfriend. Raving through the crowds at Jcube, browsing menus all over just to look for a specific Japanese restaurant to rest our legs and spend a few hours there. Everywhere was having a dragon-like queue and Watami probably was having the shortest queue but it was pretty packed too. The square feet of the restaurant was huge enough to fit about 50 people.
We are lazy to order different set meals hence, we just took the whole set meal for 4 pax. It cost about $169++. The serving was huge, but the food wasn't very fresh. We barely finished everything. It comes with a hotpot, a set of cold dish, a chirashi don, grill squid, clams hotplate soup.
The cold dish hotate was not even fresh. The shrimp tasted really bad. The grill squid was cold. The broth for the hotpot was pretty salty. Hmm, after all for the price I have paid, I believe we can have something much more better and worthwhile.
The staff service was really bad, they placed the wrong food at the wrong table. We wanted to order, kept our hands raising for about 10 mins ad only by then, they came to our table. Calling for bills, they're not attentive enough.
