Malioboro Soft Bone Chicken is an Indonesian based restaurant which serves nice Indonesian food and their speciality is their chicken! The meat was succulent and tender, with lots of spices and flavour However, i was sceptical about eating the bones. But when i took a bite to it, it was really soft and seemed to literally melt in your mouth! I have to admit it was really quite nice and a great first time experience in eating chicken bones! The chili was really amazing, with enough spiciness and flavour! Plus the rice which was soft, everything compliements really well! A big thumbs up!
