The bartenders are amazing—super skilled and always ready to whip up something special. The vibe is cozy and classy, making it the perfect hidden gem for anyone who loves great cocktails.

I'm on holiday in Singapore and was looking for a cheap, quick meal before heading back to my hotel.  Instead, I stumbled across a wonderfully scrumptious dinner!  I had the BBQ chicken dry noodles (option 5 on the menu), and it was the perfect balance of flavours: salty, umami, sweet, sour (and a hint of spice if you add the chilli).   Of all the options in Food Republic, I settled on this one, because it looked most balanced in terms of having both meat and vegetables (so many other places seemed very protein heavy).  The noodles were soft with a bounce to its bite; the chicken was grilled had a crisp bite, tender flesh inside, and a sweet glaze; the dish was contained really fresh lettuce, and a salad of julienne carrot and mango - a really succulent and fresh balance to complement the meat.  This was all washed down with a simple but refreshing broth that was served with the noodles on the side.  I was thoroughly happy that my "quick and cheap" meal turned out to be such a delightful surprise!

The ingredients used are fresh, and it woke up my palate! Every dish has its own unique taste and I would recommend you to bring your guest from India here if they miss home. The location is just 7 minutes away from Clarke Quay MRT Station. Clean and great choice of music!

This store has been around for more than a decade and the taste has been consistent since then! Love the banchans especially!

As a visitor, you may not be inclined to try this establishment as it does not offer traditional Singaporean cuisine. However, I highly recommend it for the quality of the food. Especially if you have visited Singapore multiple times and are looking for an alternative to the hawker food center. The restaurant has fresh eels in the aquarium. they were not using frozen eels. I was able to observe the chef preparing the meal in their open kitchen. The quality of the food met the Japanese standards in Japan. The restaurant is conveniently situated near Chinatown, making it an ideal location for tourists. After a lengthy and warm day of sightseeing, a delectable meal was the ideal conclusion to the day.
