This Christmas, Marina Square has built the Largest Augmented Reality (AR) Winter Wonderland Singapore has ever witnessed. From 22 November to 25 December 2013, the mall’s 3,500 sq ft space has been decorated with a giant Christmas tree, Santa’s Hut, toy soldiers, and more. Shoppers like you can revel in the interactive experience due to the technology used to set this whole thing up. It looks so real… When you drop by this winter wonderland, you can even win some awesome prizes! 2. End the year with a sumptuous buffet at Jade Restaurant

The holidays call for no reason other than to indulge and reward ourselves after a very fruitful year. We’d like to equate that to a sumptuous a la carte buffet dinner, better yet, in an elegant hotel in the heart of Singapore’s financial and arts district. For the month of December, The Fullerton Hotel’s Jade Restaurant has for you, an extravagant selection of more than 38 dishes to choose from at it’s A La Carte Buffet, available at S$58* per person. Spoil yourselves with favourites like Steamed Abalone Siew Mai and Sautéed Grouper Fillet in XO Chlli Sauce. Nourishing soups like Braised Bird’s Next with Truffle Egg White in Superior Broth are available at an additional S$9* per bowl. And on top of that, S$28* for the restaurant’s signature crisp-skinned Roasted Peking Duck with Marinated Orange Peel and Condiments (half duck). 3. Korean Kraze Invades KFC It seems like even the Colonel couldn’t escape the Korean influence. Just recently, it introduced its Korean Kraze Menu featuring three new items: Spicy Korean Burger, Spicy Korean Shaker Fries, and the Spicy Korean Crunch. These are available in all outlets (except Sentosa and Singapore Zoo) as ala carte or combo meals. 4. Wallet Friendly Sushi in the East

Calling all foodies in the East! Sushi Express, famed for its pocket friendly priced sushi, has made its way to the basement of Tampines 1 (#B1-08). A long conveyor belt snakes through the entire shop, carrying more than 60 varieties of sushi, sashimi and even desserts like blueberry cheesecake at just $1.50 per plate. With a standard pricing, there’s no need to consciously be aware of what colour plates you’re taking – just the time. We’re talking 50 minutes, so make it worth! For the Westies, no one’s leaving you out. Sushi Express will also have an outlet in the brand new Westgate Mall, which opens its doors today. 5.
