Short for Organic Chemistry, Orgo carries an ambience far from that of a geeky science laboratory on the Roof Terrace of Esplanade. We love the ‘bar without walls’ feel with the strategic use of glass and how the different floorings of timbre and faux grass soften the entire atmosphere. What seems to be giant display cases, serves to be chic private rooms where you can enjoy the usual Erdinger White, Asahi, Guinness, Heineken or their extensive menu of mixology cocktails.

No surprise here! Paulaner Brauhaus gives you just about the best German experience you’ll ever get in Singapore. The interior has a typical German feel to it, complete with a Viking ship set right smack in the centre of the restaurant.
Beers are freshly brewed from the tap by resident brew masters according to the German purity law of 1516. While you’re there, be sure to try the Munich Lager! The signature beer is a bright golden brew with a smooth finish, great for beginners to start with.
