You can be sure that it will be a feast with their many signature appetisers such as the Imperial Top Shell, Marinated Clams, Braised Clam in Assam Gravy Sauce, Sake Oyster Shooter, Deep-fried Crab Claws, Gratinated Half-shell Scallops with Fresh Herbs and Tangy Crabmeat with Coriander Leaves, Baked Whole Salmon.
