Homecooked Goodness at TAO Seafood Asia Fondly named “Mrs Lee’s Favourites”, this menu is a curation by head chef of TAO, Chef Lee Tong Kuon, showcasing his wife’s (Mrs Lee) favourite dishes that he cooks for her at home. Instead of TAO’s signature seafood, it features a rather nostalgic line up of meat dishes. The Hakka-style TAO Pig Trotters with Sea Cucumber ($48++, good for 4) is a burst of homely flavours, tender from hours of braising and with rice wine and sea cucumber and best eaten with a side of white rice. Drizzle some of the brown sauce on top of the rice to have with the tender meat and you are good to go. Dim Sum Brunch at Royal Pavilion Chef Man Wing of Royal Pavilion has crafted a menu of seven new handmade dim sum offerings and three Mother’s Day traditional Cantonese set menus to please your mom-in-law.
