From 12 to 25 March 2014, guests at The Line will have the option of being whisked away on a magic carpet across the Middle East as its resident Middle Eastern chef serves up authentic dishes from Turkey, Egypt and Tunisia (to name a few). Available only for dinner, expect a diverse range from Hunkar Begendi – which literally translates into Sultan's Delight – a lamb stew served with eggplant cream (pictured above) to Vegetable Cous Cous and divine selection of Arabic sweets.
