I am a fan of sergeant Kiang and its chicken rice. I started eating his chicken rice even before he sold its brand name to the Food Republic. I ordered a basic chicken rice when i was there at the Food Republic food court. The taste of the chicken was not as fragrant and tender as before. I was given the breast part and it tasted rather dry. The taste of the rice has lack the robust flavor and the texture was a bit too grainy to my liking. The place did have a renovation and a few stalls were added and look much interesting than before. I walked around thrice and don't know what should I settled for as there were a couple of food that I wanted to eat.
