Paradise Classic (已結業)

Decided to go Paradise Inn at Junction 10.We take a look at the menu and there is a set meal for 2 person.The Dong Po Rou is a must try.The first bite of it i can taste the herbs and wine from the sauce.The meat comes with a fatty layer which is not oily and i like the skin which is full of gelatin.The meat was excellent as it melts in my mouth and it go very well with the steamed rice.

We decided to try out Paradise Group’s Prosperity Pen Cai ($198++ for small portion enough for 6 pax) to usher in the lunar new year. Like our other Paradise experiences, this proves to be yet another disappointment. The Pen Cai was oily and lacked the rich flavours and essences of the Chinese delicacies found. Had a family dinner over at this outlet. Before arriving, we had already made a reservation. This outlet is situated in Junction 10 which was not very crowded as the mall is very small and there are not many restaurants there. Hence, you might have to queue if you are heading down during weekends. The food there was tasty. The fried rice, beehoon and etc have comes in different sizes (small, medium, large). The small ones are for 2-4 people, medium 5-7 and large 8-10. The service was pretty good

This chinese restaurant actually has quite many different types of sigature dishes, but the only one which i enjoyed most is their fish maw soup. The soup base is very thick and full of the fragrant from the different types of yummy ingredients added in it. The fish maws are very soft and tender and the added beaten egg in it make the texture even more thicker and tastier too.
