A-One Claypot House (已結業)

We were at AOne Claypot House on their opening day.For lunch, we decided to order 2 dishes to share.We had the Hotplate Sesame Chicken Noodle ($9.90). This dish was a tad salty for my liking.Next, we had the Claypot Seafood Fried Noodle ($8.90). Average in taste.We also had warm water, each glass was chargeable at $0.50 and was not refillable.I doubt I will be back again, unless I run out of things to eat at Bishan's Junction Eight.

Tonight Nana treats us to a meal here. This outlet is newly opened, facing Swensen's, replacing the hongkong café. The place looks more open concept compared to before.We order the following to share.Mushroom Chicken Claypot Rice ($8.90++)This is not bad but a bit too salty.Hotplate Sesame Chicken Noodle ($9.90++)This fried noodle also tastes a bit too salty. Claypot Hong Kong Style Porridge ($7.90++)The porridge is very smooth and fine.Overall tastes not bad except too salty and service is quit

A newly opened porridge eating place which replaced original WanChai Hong Kong Cafe here. I always feel their porridge quite nice as you can find it in many food court or food center. This restaurant will have more choices with vegetables, claypot dishes etc.The famous of course is the porridge but I forgot to take the picture.
