This stall is owned by a chatty lady boss. I always ended up spending a bit of time chatting with her whenever i was there. All the kuehs are handmade right at the stall. I love the freshness of the kuehs since it is all freshly prepared on on the day itself. This helps to retain the qq nature of the skin of the kueh. I ordered the peng kueh or rice kueh. It is white in colour unlike those commerical ones which are pink. The kueh skin is thin and the stall is not stingy with their fillings. Ah Yee's Soon Kueh is good! The skin is very delicate and thin, while the fillings is generous! I totally love the fillings. Very flavourful and the shrimps really helped to enhance the taste of the fillings! Their sauce is good too! they have the sweet black sauce and chilli which really complemented the soon kueh well. Yum!

One of the 2 stalls selling different type of kuehs in this food centre. I always come by this stall whenever i happen to be in the east part of Singapore.
