Though I've always liked ria's empal penyet, I was craving for chicken that day so I decided to get their ayam penyet. As expected, their sambal belachan was madddd hot. You would need more than a bottle of water to get rid of the spicyness. The chicken was pretty good though. Chicken+a teeeeny bit of sambal+crumbs+tahu+white rice=SHIOK. Im sure lots of you would have tried their ayam penyet! Really good but the sambal can make you go crazy!!!

This restaurant actually has quite many branches islandwide for the convenient for the neighbourhood people as well for the office workers in town. The chicken is very tender and fragrant. The side dishes includes kang kong, deep fried tau kwa are equally good. Do note that their chilli is very hot and spicy! An impressive dish! My verdict: 7.5/10
