The Bishan Blk 504 Boneless Chicken Rice is popular with students because it gives out free flow chicken rice so they order a plate and get lots of rice to eat and grow fatter. The rice is really quite oily. The chicken is boneless (hence its name) but I think it's too oily without the firmness of a good plate of chicken. Ordered the bean sprouts to make myself feel healthy and the bean sprouts were crunchy!

I like this chicken rice meal. Although i packed it home, they still let me pack the soup for free! and they are clever enough to use all the chicken bones to cook the ground nuts soup which is very sweet. So left the chicken meat boneless which is quite special i think. And this is why their shop name is called boneless chicken rice! The rice is very fragrant as they use chicken oil and ginger to cook it i guess. Lovely!
