This is a must try in this hong kong cafe and is usually recommended by the service staffs here if you visit here. lots of sliced mangoes can be found in it which is smooth and with the natural sweetness in it. The thinnly pieces of ice are very different from those normal ice used in the ice kachang and you can really feel the texture when you eat it. The sweet mango sauce is also fragrant and blend in well with the fresh mangoes and ice as well.

Cheng Teng is a good dessert to have given Singapore hot weather. The ingredients in Cheng Teng is known to have a cooling effect as known in TCM. There are quite a lot of ingredients such as dried longgan, barley, lotus seed and Pang Da Hai. The sweetness of the soup comes from the dried longgan and brown rock sugar. There is also the hot version for those who would like.

I went there during lunch time,this dessert store queue was quite longOrdered their cheng tingThere's longgan meat,small white round ball,white fungus,red datesThe cheng ting is not very sweet,maybe due to inside hospital need to be more healthy so lesser sweetvery light & refreshing overall i rate 8/10
