This has been our family's all time favorite ang ku kueh over the years. My mum only eats ang ku kueh from Ji Xiang. My mother likes to buy a packet of the assorted ang ku kueh from Ji Xiang confectionary when she is around the area. I remember it use to have only 3 main flavors (peanut, sweet and salty tau sar). Thanks to my dad who likes their ang ku kueh, bought 2 boxes back for all the office staff to share. I haven't had this for quite some time. Almost forgot their taste so this was a good time to try it again. It was actually left overnight at my place before my dad bring it to the office and it was quite amazing that the texture still remain so good. Filling (tau sar one) was really nice , fragrant and smooth. Very satisfying indeed
