i went there with friends for dinner always walked pass,from the display look yummy but never have a chance to try till few days ago Ordered their hamburger for $16++It was well marinated with their japanese sauces,very tender also ordered their "snail meat" 6pcs for $9.90 At first don't dare to eat,as it look a bit gloss but it actually tasted nice & doesn't have weird smelloverall i rate 8/10

Ma maison is a japanese french fusion restaurant, and is popular with the japanese who are in singapore or comes to singapore. how i know, because out of the few times i went, 3 times japanese family are just sitting next to my table haha. mabbe its just coincidence. I simply love the omemlet rice from ma maison. The nicely fried omelet topped on the rice, together with the delicious gravy. It is simply heavenly! The rice is cooked really nicely, not too hard. They are very generous with the ingredients as well. The service at the branch is really good, we did not have to wait long for the food to be served.

Love the setting of the restaurant. Provides such a homely feel. Ma Maison is an unique Japanese and french fusion restaurant, featuring popular french cuisine such escargot, paella and many others.For those who don't know yet, Escargot is an interesting dish of cooked land snails, served as an appetizer in most French restaurants.The escargot served here are clean (no pesky bits of sand!) and tender. It was also quite fragrant having being cooked with herbs and butter. However, i felt that the escargot lacked some flavor. It could do with more salt!

The Squid Ink Spaghetti here is simply yum. Chewy spaghetti pasta tossed with non-fried calamari rings, thin slices of portebello mushroom and fresh onions in a light gravy of what tasted like squid ink, olive oil, herbs and salt. It was appetizing and didn't taste as overpowering as it looks to be. Portion was just enough to satisfy without me feeling like I had overindulged. Ma Maison is a must try if you are a food lover.Too bad it only opens after 6pm at the central branch.. I was recommend by a few friends that Ma Maison serve quite oiishi French-Japanese food. Finally, had a chance recently to try it out with one of my girl friend. We had ordered a beef stroganoff and escargot cooked with butter and garlic. OMG! This is my first time having escargot! My friend insisted to order and try, so no choice have to give it a try.
