Went on a Tuesday late afternoon and there wasn't much crowd! No waiting time was required. Yipeeee! Went straight to the rosti counter to order my favourite Rosti with Chicken Cheese Sausage! When I came here for dinner last week, I ordered a plate of fried snacks for our table to share. The dish I ordered was a vegetarian set, which came with fried flour fritters and mushrooms. The dish was really yummy, not being too greasy and being very flavoursome. The mushrooms were big juicy and fresh and the batter was crisp and light, without an old oily taste to it.

When dining with a group of people, splitting the bill is always a hassle because at the end of the meal, it’s a flurry of mobile phone calculators whipped out to calculate the cost after including GST and service charge. Then it’s a scramble to dig out just the right amount of change to pay for your meal. The Mushroom Soup at Marche is really fantastic. There are real bits of mushroom in the soup and you can really taste the blended up mushrooms that are used to make the soup. It doesn't really contain much fillers and there is not too much cream so you taste the pure yummy taste of the mushrooms alone. The soup is rather pricey though since portions are not exactly very big.

Really enjoy eating the rosti from this Marche outlet as the outer layer is always so crispy whereas the inner layer is also so moist and soft in texture. The shredded potato is very fragrant and goes very well with the white sauce. THe sausage portion is also quite huge and is very chewy and juicy. The portion is just alright for a person to have for lunch or dinner.
