Min Beancurd (已結業)

Had a seat with a couple of friends looking for a late night bite. I was pretty full but looking at what my friends ordered, I just could not resist to order something. Looking at the poster board / banner, I decided to get a butterfly. It was crispy but not that sweet. The butterfly was not soft enough but the outer layer was well fried.

Wah sei! 2 soya bean stalls beside each other, seems like got war!Tried this stall as I don't like crowds. I'm glad to say that I tried this stall instead. The soya bean drink is much nicer than the stall beside. I think that one is overrated for certain food items, but definitely I believe some things are better there.The soya bean drink is smooth and very milky. No weird after taste and sugar syrup is not alot.

The new kid on the block at Selegie Road, it's location is just beside the famous giant Rochor Beancurd. Rushing for time and yearning for something warm, I decided to snack on a Butterfly instead.The outlook looks well presented but I wish I could say so for the taste. Despite the early hour, the butterfly was not even warm. It was rather tough to bite through and I must say, it's almost as tough as eating a cold french loaf.Lots more to catch up to match up!
