I always order fried bee hoon from this stall, but this time round I wanted to try for their "Loh Mee" ($3). The authentic Pu Tien "Loh Mee" is different from the local style. The starchy gravy is not the dark sauce, but lighter in colour. The type of noodles they used is thinner, more like the Chinese ramen. The flavour is a little too plain, but with lots of ingredients such as prawn, clams, vegetables, dried beancurd etc. Worth trying if you want to have a taste of authentic Pu Tien flavour.
