Whenever i want a healthy meal, i will definitely think of Salad Stop! Without fail, i will always get the Go Geisha Wrap ( tomato ) + smoked salmon. It has a nice mix of soba, tofu, edamame and various vegetables + i always like to request for extra Japanese Miso dressing! Very yummy indeed =)And for my recent visit to the Novena branch ( my favorite branch and also convenient for me ), they had revamped the whole place. Looks brighter and nicer and i noticed prices had increased too.  

Bought dinner from Salad Stop Novena after work. Decided to get something healthy and light so i bought the salad set which cost me About $10. It comes with about 4 toppings of vegetable and one topping of meat (BBQ chicken). The sauce i chose the light soy sauce with honey. The set also came with a bowl of corn soup.

Salad Stop is really creative in naming their salad dishes. Each salad has an interesting name coupled with the interesting ingredients. I ordered the Cheaper than a facial salad which costs $9.50. It had vermicelli, tomatoes, green leaves, mango, cucumbers and more. The overall combination taste great. The ingredients are really fresh and one could feel the crunchiness of the leaves. It's a healthy and yummy choice.

Eating good nutrition and life force energy food (plant-based diet) is one of the manyself-care activities we can do daily. Our body need good nutrition to function well and be energized.My friend and I went for a try to this salad shop (salad stop to be exact).I ordered Iron “Wo” Man @ $11.50 - the Signature salad is also suitable for Vegetarian. The raspberry vinaigrette simply pair well with the combination of fresh baby spinach, pumpkin, almonds and raisins, making eating raw so delicious

Serving is big and the pricing is big too.Worth trying the salad as it is very delicious & healthy. And I tried their 'cream of mushroom' soup too, very unique & nice. Definitely one of the best I've ever tried!
