Sushi Tei @ Vivo City will always have this long queue during peak hours almost daily, so if you are a person who is lazy to queue, advice is to go there as early as possible! This is the golden roll sushi which look like a "dragon" and it is decorated with deep fried king prawn head and tail.The sushi is made up of deep fried coated king prawn wrap in the center and topped with mango slice and fish roes.The sweetness of the mango brings out the flavor of the king prawn and it has a complementing taste.The fish roes give an interesting texture too. This is like the best combination of sushi i ever taste.

i quite like sushi tei because they are always very consistent without being too overpriced. This may be the reason for their unwavering popularity. The sushi here is good, and classics such as the california rolls which i always order are done well. The sushi rice is tasty, being seasoned with vinegar and other flavourings, and the sushi is always fresh and served chilled. I guess everyone know Sushi tei in Singapore or have already tried it before. Sushi Tei is one of my favourite japanese restaurants in Singaqpore. This is their sashimi salad. The sashimi is thick and fresh and the vegetables are fresh and crisp as well. I love love sushi tei! Been here a few times already and their sushi never fails to fail me. I would say i have visited almost all the outlets of sushi tei in Singapore. I personally favour Harbourfront the most. Mainly due to its service and its cozy environment. Wanting to have something soupy, i order the udon soup. It is kinda plain but it taste well. it cost me around $10. The noodles is very smooth and chewly. Although there wasnt much ingredients but the soup was great.
