On a Public Holiday, the bustling chaos of the usual office crowd is non-existent at the top floor of Far East Plaza. My family & I took this opportunity to go to Susan Chan for lunch. We ordered a stir fried kailan, spinach tofu with enoki mushrooms, fried boneless pork ribs in salted yolk sauce and a Szechuan soup. The bill came up to $38 in total, including 3 plates of rice and 3 glasses of warm barley.

A holy matrimony of flavours, fusing together in a single dish. Even though we had to wait approx 15 minutes for our food, it was definitely worth the wait.
