TCC - The Connoisseur Concerto (已結業)

The coffee club sells whole cakes so we picked one up for a birthday celebration. The cake we got was a chocolate raspberry cake . It consisted a layer of mousse with a hint of raspberry flavour over a chocolate sponge cake. The mousse was pretty rich and flavourful but the sponge was try and quite tasteless overall not a very winning combination.
