The Claypot Rice is one of the first few stall when walking into the food court, and it is impossible to miss with its long queue. I had the Claypot Chicken Rice, and it is about 10 minutes wait time after the order is placed. The claypot is sizzling hot, with the black sauce already in the rice when given to you. It is not the way that i like, cause the sauce given is too little. It is the typical combination that would not go wrong, chicken with chinese sausage. But the pot was not hot enough for the rice at the bottom to be burnt. I like those slightly burnt rice at the bottom of my claypot rice. The claypot rice is decent for its price and serving, but do not expect much.
