Went there with friend for lunch. We ordered Mentaimayo Gyoza and Sapporo Spicy Miso Ramen. When the gyoza (6pcs) was served, it looks so tempting. First bite, the gyoza was great. On top of the gyoza, it cover with salted cod roe and mayonnaise. Its crispy and crunchy and they were very generous with the ingredients. The ingredients was fresh and tender. The soup broth was rich and not too spicy, and the soy egg is good - semi-boiled egg with runny yolk that also captures the essence of the soy marinate. The noodles are slightly fatter and springy which comes with a better bite. They were very generous with the ingredients too, all were fresh and tender. Overall, the food was great. 張貼
