Central Hong Kong cafe at Star Vista is most probably one of the cheaper food options in Star Vista.However, do not expect too much for their food as well as their service. Food is mediocre and service is terrible. We ate cheese baked rice with chicken chop. ($8.00) The portion is quite small but it has just the right amount of cheese.
