Had a quick high tea at TCC. I love TCC's drinks and pasta but this is the first time I had high tea there. The platter had a cupcake, one chocolate cake, one almond-y strawberry cake, 2 scones (one is cheese and one is chocolate chip), a mini burger and one bread dish with a weird tomato dip. The scones weren't very nice. They're too dry and don't really compliment the whipped cream. The other items are really so so.
