I like this stall for their pork ribs noodle and dumpling noodle. There is a horrible long queue during lunch hour, 12pm. If you have time to spare, do not try queueing at this timing. They cook your noodle when you order, so the waiting time is quite long, made worse with the long queue. You can choose to order the noodle at $1.80 or $2. I usually order $2, since it is already so cheap! They give a very generous amount of pork ribs, so much that you will wonder if they actually do earn from it
They give a very generous amount of pork ribs, so much that you will wonder if they actually do earn from it. The meat is very tender and has well absorbed the flavor of the sauce. Depending on your luck, the meat you get may have more or less fats.
The dumpling noodle has 4 or 5 dumplings. The filling is well seasoned and is not over cooked.
