THis bowl of noodles is my favourite among most of my friends, however it does not really impressed me. The noodles may be chewy and bouncy, but dislike the ingredients topped on it. THe char siew meat was abit too dry and not roasted to perfection, just like only simple marination of char siew sauce to it only. The wanton is too simply as only minced pork can be found in it.
