this is a plate of fried custard bun I had ordered when I dined in Xin wang hong kong cafe. I the custard filling inside was not too sweet. the outer fried bun layer is crispy and not too oily. the ratio between the custard and bun layer is just nice. I like to eat this and it is a very nice side dish to share among with family too.
