I love ichiban sushi for its fuss free dining. They even have a loyalty card which will give you one chop for every $20 spent, and after a certain number of chops, you can redeem sushis or $10 voucher. As I still have some stomach space after four plates of sushi, I redeemed the california sushi after accumulating 3 chops. The california sushi is quite tasty. The rice to ingredients ratio is just right, unlike some other places where the sushi rice takes up the bulk of the california roll. This

Also, there is also some avocado inside the california sushi, which is the first time I had it. Other places dont add avocado, so I thought this is pretty unique and tasty.

Nice sushi. Not cheap but the quality is pretty good. It's better than most places. There is takeaway sushi and there's a lot of variety and sauces to choose from. The sushi here is pretty nice. And they are delicious and I would surely patronise again for their other main course. It was filling too so definitely worth going there again!

Ichiban Sushi! My favourite sushi at Ichiban Sushi is none other than the inari, which has lobster with mayo filling. The lobster is really tasty and the sweetness of the mayo really helped to bring out the best of the lobster. There is a little bit of of wasabi which I personally taught helped to top the sushi off really nicely. The salmon skin is very crispy & There's some salmon meat too. But I think there's too much MSG. After ate finished the whole pack,i need to drink many cups of water.

The rice is Japanese rice and while the bowl does seem small, Ichiban Sushi is very generous and the rice bowl was compacted with rice. Extremely filling. The miso soup is relatively sweet and tastes like miso. No worries about it being too bland.

It costs only $9.90 and is very filling for one person. Definitely the better choice as compared to their set meals if you're looking for a one person serving item in Ichiban Sushi.

The chasoba and unadon wazan consists of cold Japanese tea noodles, mini BBQ eel with rice bowl, miso soup and fruit. The chasoba was tasty. The soba wasn't too "floury" and it is perfect when mixed with the tea. Unlike some restaurants where the tea tend to be tasteless, the tea actually tastes like tea. The unadon is a rice bowl with a small piece of bbq's eel and egg. I like the sweet sauce they put on the eel. The eel was soft and sweet. Egg was pretty average, like any other egg but it goes

Miso soup was sweet too and the fruit was that day was orange. Overall, its very filling and I won't mind having it again when I'm craving for chasoba. Its pretty cheap considering there are so many food items. Cost me only $14.90

The fried chicken, like all fried chicken from Ichiban Sushi, is amazing. The crust is always not too floury an the meat is juicy. Additionally, the sauce used for the chicken is really good this time round. Its sweet and doesn't have the common salty taste in sauce. I loved it with the rice so much that I cleaned off all the sauce they gave. The soft shell crab tempura is my mother's favourite. The sauce that comes along with it..which is radish sauce or something, is perfect with the crab. Als

Also, the chawanmushi is totally worth the money. Its very soft and have the actual egg taste. Not only is it a big serving, there's chicken, mushroom, a weird fruit (I'm not too sure what it is yet..) and crab meat in it.

The set comes with vegetables, tofu, mushrooms, rice, egg and thin beef slices, all of which you will cook for yourself over the fire. Try to cook the beef slices soon because once the fire extinguises, its a hassle to get the staff to bring the tray back in to light the fire again.

The golden catch is one of the many unique sushis that Ichiban Sushi has to offer. It consists of dory fish, potato slices, tartar sauce and lettuce. It was pretty surprising to see tartar sauce in sushi but I like the whole concept of sushis with special combinations so I have absolutely no complaints! It was unexpectedly good. It was unexpectedly good. I'd never expect tartar sauce and potato slices to taste good in sushi but it does. The dory fish is very moist and soft, just like the dory fish Ichiban Sushi serves in their main set meals. It costs only $2.10 for 4 small rolls of the golden catch and I can see myself eating it again in near future.

The tori maru cheese wazen is a set meal consisting of chicken with assorted mushrooms topped off with cheese, soft shell crab tempura, chawanmushi, miso soup, rice and watermelon. It was my second time having this set meal and unfortunately, the chicken with assorted mushrooms topped off with cheese wasn't as good as the first time I had it. It was probably because the hot plate wasn't even hot when served and the cheese wasn't melted properly. I'm a big cheese lover so I don't really care whet

It was my second time having this set meal and unfortunately, the chicken with assorted mushrooms topped off with cheese wasn't as good as the first time I had it. It was probably because the hot plate wasn't even hot when served and the cheese wasn't melted properly. I'm a big cheese lover so I don't really care whether the cheese is melted or not but I do prefer it to be melted over the chicken.

The set meal is only $15.90 and personally, I think its worth the money b/c it is really very filling and satisfying. However, its too much for me and normally I'd share it with someone and add-on a $1.80 rice. Its one of the many dishes I recommend from Ichiban Sushi!

The lobster mayo inari is my favourite inari out of all the inaris that Ichiban Sushi offers. A generous amount of lobster is wrapped with sweet bean curd skin. The lobster is absolutely tasty and the sweetness of the mayonnaise is perfect with the lobster. There's a hint of wasabi in the lobster (I don't know why) but it is not spicy at all. I highly recommend it! It is 3 big lobster mayo inaris for a price of $3.90. Pretty filling!

This is my sibling's favourite dessert from Ichiban Sushi. Normally we'll purchase it from the counter, where it costs only $1.90. If you take it off the conveyor belt, it is $2.10. My family collects the stamps that are given per $20 spent so the dessert is a good way to bump up the amount spent to $20 some times. The chocolate mousse is full of whipped and chocolate cream. The chocolate cream isn't too sweet, which is good for me considering I dislike chocolate that's too sweet. The whipped cr

A pretty good dessert. Do give it a try.

I dine regularly at Ichiban Sushi and will always have the miso soup. Their miso soups are very concentrated as compared to other well-known Japanese restaurants in Singapore. It has a strong miso flavouring and is very sweet. Perfect for quenching thirst after a bento or sushi. You can add-on miso soup to any set meals or ala carte for approximately $1.80. Do give it a try!

My sibling and I love salmon sashimi. Ichiban Sushi's salmon sashimi are always fresh and like always, they are very generous and the salmon always come in very thick slices. It has a strong salmon taste and isn’t too “fishy”. At times we don’t want to have it raw so we would throw it into the hotpot to cook the salmon. Taste just as good! I highly recommend salmon sashimi lovers to eat at Ichiban Sushi. They are seriously very generous with their salmon
