Our family have been here countless of times. I hate the waiting time on weekends, but the food always makes up for it. Whilst the service there is a little slow due to crowds on the weekends, they are much better during the weekdays.Try their Har Gao which has fresh & crunchy prawns, as well as the Fun Cheong with Prawn & Scallops!

First look - Yes, it does not look appetizing and the cereals are too little ! The prawn is a little bit overcooked thus to the dry side :X.Chicken - Good ! Tender and soft . Lunching at high end chinese restaurant. We had a variety of food for a table of 4. Just to name a few, we had pork belly, fried yam and prawn, chives dumpling, vegetables (baby kailan), claypot rice, roasted duck, soup and chinese tea. To be honest, i find East Ocean have a thing for Taro related dishes. Anything related to yam, they are all nice! Their service was great too!

These dumplings from East Ocean are really meaty and tasty. It is filled with generous amount of nice marinated minced meat which have been mixed with lots of chopped spring onions and carrots in it. The dumpling skins are quite thin and soft, which is very easy to chew. Nice to have it on it own or to dip in the black vinegar and with some thinly sliced ginger would be great too!
