I was attracted to the big round button on the wall..and those super colorful small buttons! plus the name of the shop..Frolick..gives me lots of imagination hehehe.I totally agree with most of the reviewers here thatthe yogurt melts way way way super fast. I mean i dunno if it's the location of the stall or what..but it liquefies so fast! since the stall is just by the road..so it's best to walk over to the air con mall or cold storage to 'preserve' the ice cream. Coz if u eat it in the open..u

Coz if u eat it in the open..u will end up drinking it in no time! you don't wan to eat it too fast coz that may result in brain freeze..i totally hate that haha.

i love the peach flavor..though i have no idea how the original taste like . it is defin. sweeter than yami..( but it's still good as not everywhere has yami..) and i love the fresh fruits topping..

TitleFrolick yogurt with orea chipsRate/5CommentI love frolick yogurt!! Froricks yogurt is very refreshing and what i love most is their peach flavour yogurt. The yogurt from the picture above is original flavor. The original flavor yogurt tasted nice too but with the topping of orea chips, it tasted weird. I will rather try it without toppings.

Frolicks is the best frozen yoghurt I ever had. It is very refreshing and the original flavor is marvelous. It is amazing that their yoghurt doesn’t melt that fast! I love to order granule with my original yoghurt. The healthy oats and raisins make the whole yoghurt comprise of sweet, sour and salty taste.

Frolick is one of my top choices for yoghurts. I like their original flavour yoghurt especially with strawberry toppings. It tastes really great especially on a hot day. Its chilly yoghurt just melts on your tongue and cools your body temperature. It costs around $4.50 for a cup and its non fattening. A great dessert for your waistline.

Besides helping us battle the sweltering heat, Frolick offers its fat-free yoghurt to assist us in battling the bulge - while keeping us cool and chasing away the Monday work blues with its delightfully cheeky slogans and boldly colourful outlets.

THE FOOD:

There is nothing like a good 100% fat-free yoghurt to cleanse the palate after a heavy meal and Frolick offers a cool alternative to Malaysian brand Yami Yoghurt, which has been around since the 1980s.

FreshGrads personally preferred Frolick to old school Yami yoghurt as it is less sweet, more milky and way more consistent than the latter in where little powdery bits can be tasted. However, Frolick yoghurt tends to melt quickly compared to other yoghurt outlets though we have yet to encounter that since we since we devoured it so quickly.

Prices are a tad steep:
Cup A - S$3.50
Cup B - S$4.80 (1 topping)
Cup C - S$6.90 (2 toppings)
Additional toppings for S$1 each.

On the other hand, it's rewards card system beats old school Yami yoghurt's hands down although an average cup costs more. Six stamps (with purchase of every cup) earns you a Cup A and every three stamps earns you a free topping, compared to Yami yoghurt's 12 stamps (with every S$3 spent) for a medium sized Yami Yoghurt.

THE MOOD:

Every Frolick outlet is filled with bright bold colours against a stark white background with sensational taglines, such as 'We like it topless' and 'Cup Size does Matter', for those who want to have fun and do not mind poking fun at everyone including themselves. Outlets can now be found at several locations in Holland Village, Millennia Walk, Tampines 1, Serangoon Gardens and most recently, Cineleisure Orchard.

That said, Frolick is way more playful - happier and funkier - than any other yoghurt outlets in Singapore. And like New Urban Male and Ben & Jerry's, Frolick employs pretty, young girls to man their stores. A pretty good judgment, by its five 26-year-old male bosses, looking at the male-dominated crowds at Frolick.

Enter Frolick's quirky website and get the prompt for underaged persons usually only found on sites for questionable content or alcohol sites. The site is fun and interactive with games like eat the yoghurt Pacman, a nonsensical quiz and even a topless act. We leave that to your interpretation. Badges can also be found and ordered only through its online store at its website.
