They serve one of the best Hongkong style dimsum in Singapore. It is one of the usual place me and my sisters have our weekend brunch ;). Few of the recommended dimsum we tried before. Their 'xiao long bao', I feel that this is better than the crystal jade one and on par with Dim Tai Fung. Next, the custard bun. I heard they said Taste Paradise serves a better custard bun, I myself have not tried before but this Imperial Treasure custard bun did a good job as well. The custard mixed with butter

Next, the custard bun. I heard they said Taste Paradise serves a better custard bun, I myself have not tried before but this Imperial Treasure custard bun did a good job as well. The custard mixed with butter and york melted in your month immediately...

I always frequent this restaurant as i like their noodle and dim sum! To avoid long queue and long waiting time, it's best to go there before 12noon. So today i went for brunch at 11am instead!Plain noodle with seasonal vegetable comes in either soup/dried. I prefer the soup version. Noodle is very springy and not overcooked. Soup base is tasty too without the "kan sui" smell. Simply love their roasted pork and egg tart! Roasted pork skin is very crispy and the meat is not too saltish. It comes

Simply love their roasted pork and egg tart! Roasted pork skin is very crispy and the meat is not too saltish. It comes with groundnuts too! I prefer to eat and have the original taste instead of dipping into the chinese mustard provided with the roasted pork. For the egg tart, they always serve it hot and crispy! not too sweet and portion just nice for me! simply yummy!

Steamed custard bun is quite nice too. However the baked BBQ pork pastry is not too favourable. Skin pastry isnot crispy and a bit soggy instead. The BBQ pork filling however is soft n fragrant. So it's not really perfect but acceptable to me.

Next up is the Xiao Long Bao! I think the XLBs here is much better then Ding Tai Feng, with its thin translucent skin and delicious broth and filling, this is something you have to try when u're dining at Imperial Treasure!

Rating: 9/10

Overall, a very satisfied meal! Will definitely be back!

My friend and I meet up to have lunch here. There was a long queue outside and we were given a queue number. We all ordered our own dishes and I ordered a very expensive plate of fried rice. While one may still get it for $3 at some coffee shop. Here, it's selling at $10+. Almost tripled the price. So what do I get from a $10+ fried rice? I say, it's worth the price and I'm very satisfied with it. The prawns and bbq pork are the main ingredients used. The prawns are clean and fresh. The cook pat

So what do I get from a $10+ fried rice? I say, it's worth the price and I'm very satisfied with it. The prawns and bbq pork are the main ingredients used. The prawns are clean and fresh. The cook patiently removed all the black dirts found at the back of the prawns. The bbq pork is the genuine bbq pork and not vegetarian pork. At the end of the meal, my plate is so clean that it's as if it's a new plate.

However, I am not satisfied with their dessert. To me, dessert should be sweet but this dessert is sour and bitter. The mango is sour and the pamelo is sour. No good.

Crysanthemum pu er tea is very refreshing, smooth and soothing. My favourite among all the dishes is their custard bun. Sink your teeth into the smooth texture of the bun and a smooth thick golden custard with salted yolk would ooze out. It is very tasty. Made me crave for more! Their xiao long bao is average though. Tender meat and soft skin.
