Max Brenner Chocolate Bar (Closed)

You know you're in for a chocolate overdose when you see this plate. This is the warm chocolate cake and the plating is very well done. You get a shot glass with some whipped cream, a scoop of vanilla ice cream and a dish of raspberry sauce. The chocolate cake oozes lava chocolate when you cut into it, and you even get more melted chocolate to pour over! Overall, a nice dessert to SHARE. If you eat it all by yourself, prepare for a sore throat.

Everyone walks past Max Brenner Chocolate Bar at Esplanade and everyone knows it, but I think few step in because it is a pretty pricey place for nothing but desserts.I finally decided to give this place a go during NYE. My friend and I, being dessert queens aka pigs, ordered one dessert each after having a heavy dinner. Max brenner is one of the best place where i have tasted chocolaty stuff. It was my first time too. And i had chocolate souffle. it was a bomb i tell you. i fell in love with the dish by even looking at it. can you imagine how would it have tasted like? the chocolate was oozing out when i cut the souffle open.
