We thought we gave this restaurant a try as I was craving for dim sum. We ordered the promotion dish which was the big prawns dried noodle at $8.00(usual was $12.00) and a sliced fish hor fun apart from the dim sums. Surprisingly everything served was good and tasty and the hor fun was full of wok hei(breadth of the wok) and the dried noodles were springy and the seafood was fresh indeed. Will definitely visit again.

Actually went there for the ala carte dinner buffet . The place there was quite hard to find and the shopping mall itself was not crowded even on a weekend. The restaurant was located inside the shopping mall. First we order the black pepper crab,the sharkfin and the abalone which was only one time serving.The black pepper crab was very delicious i cant help to want to have more as the crab was quite small not enough for one person. Next is the abalone it was served as a whole abalone on a plate

My family likes to eat fish. This is 2 different style of fried slice fish from prosperous kitchen.The left one is the fried fish with oat. This dish is slightly oily because they also fried the oat. But I like it because is crispy.The right one is sweet and sour sauce stir fried sliced fish. I like the sauce, sweet and sour! Beside this 2, they still have other types of different method which will suit everyone..

This 2 yummy dishes from prosperous kitchen.1st is beancurd with prawn and oine mushroom. The beancurd been deep fried then stir fried. the inner side is smooth and moisture. Prawns are fresh and pine mushroom is a surprise. Very good combination.Their stir fried beef with ginger and scallop taste quite horrible to me. I very scared of uncooked meat. Some of the beef is slightly cooked in medium rare which really make me feel disgusting. But the rest of my family members like it so tt is just my

This 2 dishes are from Prosperous kitchen: Abalone and you tiao salad.The abalone served with broncholi. Quite a large abalone which serve the whole piece rather than slice into pieces. Very chewy and well cooked. The sauce also taste well. not so salty.The you tiao salad taste well with the mayonaise sauce. Not really oily but taste very crunchy because they serve it immediately after fried. fresh..

For $19.80++ you can eat whatever you want in the menu rather than you have 2 or 3 dishes at some Zi Char stalls.They have nice seating too!Some of the dishes that stand out:Noodle taste was of standard, not overly cooked not burned. The soup was refreshing! Their chicken was tender and chewy!Salad You Tiao not oily and it was crispy.Crispy prawns with pumpkin & butter cream is a must have.
