Good:
- Ordered the port ramen in soup. The ramen tastes springy and smooth while the soup flavourful! The pork meat was not too tough and not too dry.

Not-so-good:
- The soup of the ramen, though flavourful, gets really salty the more you drink. There is also minimal slices of pork. I would have expected more.

Overall:
Might return again if I am at that area and wish to have ramen, since there are no other ramen shops nearby.

I went to Singapore Universal Studio on this day, at the end of the day, I didn't know what to eat. My family and I walked around and decided to eat at this restaurant, RamenPlay. It's delicious.

Toroniku Double Soup Ramen --> their pork was very tender.

We were searching what to had dinner at RWS and happen to see this interesting stall name "RamenPlay" so we give it a try...

Oh my God!!

Their noodles was QQ, their soup thick and tasty, egg was perfectly cooked, slightly runny in the middle.

I don't mind trying again!

The ramen here is so ordinary that I find it hard to describe my eating experience...wait I got it, 'BORING'. I had the Sanpou ramen which had three types of pork cuts in it. The meat was alright, not melt in your mouth, but not particularly bad either. The soup stock was neither rich nor savoury tasting, it was just like eating a bowl of normal noodles. Generic fare.

Always been having their signature ramens from this Japanese restaurant and this is my first time trying their side disehes. Surprisingly the deep fried guo tia here are quite delicious as well. The guo tia skin is quite thick in texture and is also quite chewy and slightly crispy too. Generous amount of nice fragrant minced meat with spring onions are filled in it which are really juicy and appetitizing. Simply delicious!

My hubby and I went here for dinner. Ramen Play is under the Breadtalk holdings so I thought it will be interesting to try out their ramen chain to see if its comparable to other ramen chains. We both ordered the same ramen that comes with fried chicken. Forgot the name, but it was pretty good. The chicken is very tasty and the ramen is quite nice as well, but I thought it is more springy than the normal ramens that I had. We also ordered the gyoza. My friends and I tried the following dishes:

Treasure Umani Ramen

The word umani means meat and vegetables boiled in soy sauce which has been added with sugar. The ramen came with lots of ingredients such as pork, squid, prawns, mushrooms and vegetables which included bamboo shoots. I was glad the distinctive raw smell of bamboo shoots couldn't be detected. The broth was thick, but it wasn't rich enough.

Unagi Toji Set

It took quite a while for the dish to appear, especially because the branch at Resort World Sentosa was filled to the brim during dinner time (and yes, the queue was hellishly long). The unagi (eel) was grilled nicely, encased in soft and smooth eggs which went very well with the steamed (and steaming when it came to my table) rice. Yum! The miso soup that was included in the set was better than average.

Soft Shell Crab

I suppose $5.80 is an expensive price to pay for just one piece of soft shell crab, but since I was (and am still) looking for the best soft shell crab in the region, I closed one eye and ordered it nonetheless. There was nothing to shout about the crab. Even though the inside was pretty moist, the batter, which lacked crispiness, didn't manage to add to the complexity of the dish as a whole.

Calpis Juice with Strawberry Jelly

The interplay between the milky flavour and the acidic kick was great, although it would be better if it were a little bit more concentrated. The strawberry jelly was well-made.

I was with my family at Resorts World Sentosa for a performance and decided to dine in at Ramen Play after the performance ended. The char su is very thinly sliced, and as it is actually from the pork belly, it is quite fatty but the fatty bits is abit akin to eating jelly. For those who do not mind the fats, the char su would be a delight.

The restaurant was half filled when we entered, but at the time when we left at around 7:10pm, there was already a queue forming.

Had my lunch at RamenPlay when I was working at RWS. It’s situated at a very convenient place at RWS, easily found. I ordered the Sanpou Ramen (Tonkotsu) which has a heavier broth. I absolutely enjoyed the soup base. Couldnt have enough of it! Had their dessert, a nice yuzu sherbet. It’s really a must try to end off that great meal well.

My dear fren had not been to RWS, so we decided to bring her there for a girls night out on her BD~ We didn't do much on the short night, but with great friendship that we had for 10 years, we are happy together as long as we have good food & cute stuffs~

We had no idea what is good to eat at tourists' attraction so I made a call for a resourceful help (like in who wants to be a millionaire). The veteran in food hunting recommended Ramen Play outside the Casino. We were immediately attracted by the Alice with rabbit face standing tall inside the restaurant. The reno & deco was already appetizing, atmosphere is very important for us~ Our source was right, the food was good!

1. Ramen soup was yummy without making us thirsty, love the egg, noodle was Q.
2. Can't remember the name of the side dishes but they are all good~
3. Price was reasonable, not a bargain but also not "cutting caitou".

The only irritating thing was that when we pay the bill there's a bunch of 10+ RJC students in front of us &.... they paid ONE BY ONE despite sitting on the same table! So we waited in the queue for 10 over bills to be done before it's our turn...

Months later I brought my mum to the 313 somerset outlet & she likes it too, as a mum who cook almost everyday, she commented that it doesn't feel like there's msg in the noodle~
