This is the best apple strudel i tried in singapore!Ritz apple strudel is made of layers of crispy pastry with generous amount of custard and apple filling in between. I think the secret recipe behind this studel is the custard and apple filling. The pastry is crispy and topped with fine sugar. i went to ritz apple strudel to have a light snack. I love ritz’s strudels. They are simply the nicest I have eaten. I bought the strawberry strudel. They actually use fresh strawberries, the pastry is very sweet while the strawberry is sweetish sourish. Love the contrast in taste. Eating the strawberry strudel, you will feel a sense of bliss!

their apple strudel is so yummy!! really love iti only tried before their apple strudel & mango strudel but apple was still the best thin crispy layer,with custard & fresh apples,not too sweet nor too sour taste just nice i love it ^^ for the service i think is just so so,there's was once i bought it & it taste sour & the skin was not crispy,so i feedback to them,but they just said impossible,as they bake it everyday.so confirm will be fresh overall i rate 8/10 for this

If I have a craving for desserts, I would go for cakes, especial cheese cake, whether it is light or heavy, it is always my choice. Frankly, strudel doesn’t attract me! When apple strudel was on its peak time few years ago, it could easily buy it somewhere, nowadays, it is selling at certain places only. My brother was feeling generous today and so he bought back home an entire apple strudel for the family. it cost $19.80 for a 15 inch loaf. the size was just nice for the entire family with extras left for the nxt day. the strudel itself was was crispy and flacky. it crumpled and flaked the moment the fork cuts into it. the apple also gave a slight crunch. there was however a lack of cream. making it kinda dry for the apples bits. it would hav tasted much vetter if there was more cream.
