Again it's time for buffet! I remember having the lunch buffet at my secondary school days hehe. And I have went back to the same branch at woodlands after it has been revamped. The variety remained about the same but I really like the tom yam marinated meat! Seoul Garden offers quite a lot choices and lets you pick how much you want at whatever portion you like. They have spaghetti, rice, desserts and ice cream! Good place to hang out with friends too.

Whenever I visit Breeks, I will normally order their char grilled quarter chicken as my main course. The mini quarter chicken here has been marinated with their special sauce before bring to grill. Think they should have used quite a long hours to grill it as the outer and inner of this chicken is really tender, and the flavour of their special sauce has been absorb to all parts of this chicken. Likes their not too oily cut vegetables which includes celeries and carrots which are really good

after going through the menu, decided to settle for finger food instead of the main ala carte, probably because i think the main dishes are over price and they don't really look appetizing.

Waffle Fries with Cheese (Nice! I like)

Potato Island (Baked Potato filled with Creamy Mushroom, wish the baked potatoes were more soft)

Southwest Chicken Salad (so-so, avocado pieces too thick, the southwest dressing wasn't really nice)

Buffalo Wings (not spicy enough, and they just practically pour the sauce on top and treat it as buffalo wings

Service was still quite ok... so i leave it up to the readers here to experience themselves. cheers

A couple of friends & I went over to Breeks for dinner. The main courses like the pizza's were really good! However, I really was not impressed with the desserts..The ice cream tasted pretty normal to me or worse. The vanilla cone at mac's tasted better ): There were not generous with the chocolate syrup over the ice cream either and the cherry was not fresh. Service wise, the crew was friendly but they took an extremely long time to serve us our food & desserts even when there was hardly anyone

I also find the restaurant really over priced. Doubt I'd make a second visit! ):

The cafe doesn't see much crowd during dinner. However, the food is not bad, just a little pricey. I love the beef lasagne. It's very cheesy and comes with crispy deep fried noodle bits, making the dish slightly more interesting. Potato island is worth a try too! It's baked potato with mushroom and ham inside and is equally cheesy. It's a little expensive at about $7+ for two potato halves. Service is impersonal.

Celebration friend's birthday at woodlands Seoul Garden. All of us had a scrumptious meal with one another. As you can see the table is filled with lots of plates of dishes were being consumed by us. ^^ ! After we had finished our main meal, everyone went to get a bowl of self made dessert at a corner. The available dessert were the Ice Kachang and different types of ice cream ! I felt that it taste was wonderful. It taste exactly the same as the one i bought at a dessert shop. Each person only

Each person only has to fork out $16+ to enjoy a wide varieties of meat, vegetables, seafood, dessert and drinks. Worth it isn't it ?

It's like ur food is boiling in front of u & u are also boiling at the same time (perspiring)...

Anyway, immediately after we were at our table, the waiter poured the chicken soup which we requested & we went to get the food we wanted. There were alot of food - seafood, veggies, fruits, marinated meats; teriyaki, char siew.. u name it they gt it. We took some back to our table (not too much as we were afraid we couldnt finish them) & started 'cooking'.

There were also some cooked food provided. The spaghetti was just served when we got there so we both got some for ourselves. I poured mushroom sauce over mine, while my fren had hers with beef sauce. There were also wanton and other foods. The spaghetti was not wat i expected, not really tat nice (but this is a place where u cook ur own food, not get cooked food, so cant complain, hehe
)

However, when i was getting my drink, the person bhind the counter was actually refilling the ice. He used his bare hands to pushed the ice further into the container!
He didnt use any gloves or anything. Though i knw it's very commonly seen outside, but still... it's actually pretty unhygienic when u knw ur drinking with tat ice.

Aft tat, we had ice cream, the ice cream scoop holder was actually pretty disgusting too with the water in it with the melted ice cream all mixed up (though i still used it). There was alot of flavours to choose frm, frm chocolate chips ice cream to yam flavoured ice cream. I took the chocolate chip one & the corn one (which i initially tot was mango), but the taste is still nice!

Overall, had quite a full lunch, but mayb it would b better if they could seat their customers nearer to the front where it is far more cooler & nearer to the food since there isnt much people in the afternoon.

Since both my ex-classmates and I were free this week, we decided to meet up for lunch. My friend suggested to have Seoul Garden buffet, and thus we proceeded our way up to level 4. We chose the student meal deal (11:30 pm to max 5:30) and each of us had to pay about $16.50. I was delighted with one staff as he stood patiently waiting for us despite that we took a little longer time to make our payment (GOOD JOB!) I was delighted with one staff as he stood patiently waiting for us despite that we took a little longer time to make our payment
(GOOD JOB!) He lead us to our seat and automatically on the switch for the electric heater but unexpectely walked away with a frosty look. :C Both my friend and I happily began our feast by taking raw meat, vegetables, cooked food and food to be boiled by soup.

To comment about their varieties I felt that there were not much choices to choose from
There were only different type of sauces for the raw meat such as curry, tom yum, sze chuan and so on. There were no other species such as fish or beef at all. SO DISAPPOINTED ! The choices for cooked food were not much to choose from as well. There were fishball, spaghetti, crackers, fish, baked sweet potato, soup, mimosa.

As for the vegetables, there were about 6 different types to choose from. Other than that, on the bar there were salad, fruits, sauces, swiss cakes and ice maker machine to make your own ice kachang.
There were soft drinks and non-carbonated drink like Ice lemon Tea.

After taking the food that we want, we sat on our chair and waited for the soup to boil. It took about 20 minutes for the soup to boil. While waiting, we cooked our raw meat first. The chicken was not really well marinated as I could not taste their flavour after cooking. All I can say is oily and I even have to dip it with chilli sauce to enhance the taste.

After 20 minutes, the chicken soup was finally boiled. I felt that it was a little too salty, perphaps too much MSG was added into it
However, it was still acceptable. Not forgetting, 'ICE CREAM' which is the all time favourite by almost everyone. We were allowed to choose 5 different flavours (Chocolate, Peppermint, Corn, Yam, Strawberry with Vanilla) and 3 different toppings for us to add to our ice cream (peanuts, rainbow chocolate rice and Chocolate rice). The ice cream melted quite fast when were enjoying it, but it was great.

I hope that next time when I patronized it there will be more varieties to choose from

Seoul Garden. This restaurant is one of the famous one in town. My visit at woodlands' outlet was quite okay. After several visits to Seoul Garden, it's kinda boring i can say. Indeed, their food are nice but it gets rather mundane after awhile. The first visit was awesome because the price is affordable and they have a wide range of food. However, the food they have doesn't change.I hope the next time i visit they'll more food or a change in their food menu. This will definetely be a plus point.

Nonetheless, Seoul Garden is a place worth the price you pay. A great place for class outing as well!

The only thing bad about it is when you leave the restaurant and walk around the shopping mall, you can smell yourself smelling like some barbeque meat. This oily smell really lingers on your shirt, hair and even face. So the only way to curb this problem is to eat and dash home QUICK, shower finish then go out again.
