Because I was too hungry to walk around Plaza Singapura and refuse to join the crazy queue of Tim Ho Wan (and ask for table for 1 .__.), I decided to be more adventurous and try the bratwurst, which is something I have always heard of or seen around but never tried before. So I found a seat inside The Brat, one of the places at the basement of PS just leading towards the MRT.If you don't look closely, you might think it was a take-away only outlet, but no, there are seats inside! Thank goodness
The premium English Pork bratwurst is really juicy, savoury, and packs a lot of spices in every bite. The best part is that it's grilled too, so you can really taste a lot of flavours! They also drizzled a good deal of mustard inside. The bread was a little dry though. And that's a mountain of onion slices on top... which I only ate half of. Overall, the bratwurst - which is what they are famous for - is really good.
There was also quite a steady stream of people buying take-away, I guess they do have their standard loyal customer base already for the quality they serve. A little pricey for the fullness level you can get, but good for an adventurous try out.
