Torigo has been operating at Nex mall since it launched. I've been buying their chicken wings and chicken rice meals for years. My fave item is the grilled chicken wings. It used to retail at only $1.40 each but had since went through price revision twice and are now priced at $1.60 each...its getting very pricey to eat.This time round I bought a box of 4 wings which is slightly cheaper at $6 ($1.50 per wing). Their wings are very well marinated and grilled just right with slight charred edges..

I'll pass by this store on my way home to the MRT Station. For a few times already, I've been quite intrigued by this store Sometimes when it's dinner time, there'll be a crowd! the staff is friendly and will greet you before taking the order.upon serving you the food, they'll even thank you.!this cost $4.50 which comes with 2 chicken wings and coleslaw.the bbq chicken wings are nicely bbq-ed.the chicken wings are very tender and goes well with the chilli sauce.however, feels that the rice is kinda sticky after the gravy has been poured over. :/

The grilled chicken and rice from ToriGO! located at Serangoon Nex Mall tasted average. I bought takeaway which costs $6.90 which I felt was over price. Although the chicken portion was huge, the chicken tasted normal as it was quite hard after being left in the display shelf for awhile and the rice tasted a little hard. Maybe it might have tasted better if I dine in?

After visiting a friend, a group of us went to nex for dinner. We settled for tori go as none of use has eaten that before. I ordered their chicken leg with rice set, it turned out a little miserable. As u can see in the picture, the chicken portion is quite small, the coslaw is like one tablespoon full, the only thing that is a lot is the rice. though miserable, the chicken was grilled quite well. The marinate they use is very delicious. the chicken is tender as well.

i went with my girlfriend to tori go to try their grilled chicken. There was not much of a queue there cos we went at an off peak timing. I ordered the teriyaki pasta set. I was not so impressed when they served me the food. The portion of the chicken looks kind of miserable to me. The coslaw portion was also quite little. The pasta portion was still ok, but kind of lacking sauce. As a whole we were not very impressed with it.

Looking for food idea at Nex, one will be spoilt by choices. I wonder how many eateries there are. Almost you name they have it. Frankly chicken isn’t my normal choice but I saw this little corner shop, selling only chicken, they have roasted and deep fried, set meals or ala carte. I don’t really like their fish. I think that it is a little dry and the skin is a little too thick. The fish portions are quite small too. The fish has a little fishy taste. I think it will taste better with a little mayonnaise.The fries are pretty average and it tastes like any fries you get at hawker western food stores. It is not too salty. The bread is a little too oil although it is very soft.

I love the coleslaw and the BBQ chicken.The BBQ chicken is very tender and the chicken is cooked very nicely. There is no blood inside and everything. The chicken skin is very sweet.The rice this time is very bad. The rice is too soft today. The sauce that covers the rice is a little too plain.The coleslaw is the best and it doesn’t taste like rubber. It is very fresh and sweet. I recommend having this set. It is quite worth it too.
