We both thought that the cold tofu was light & refreshing. The tofu is firm & tasteless, but when paired with the slightly salty soya sauce & sweet pork floss it becomes a brillant appetizer. We were seated right in front of the chef so we could sit back & witnessed the process of how our food were being cooked.

What we like about the tamago salmon is that the tamago was cooked in perfection, very soft in texture & coated the salmon slightly. The salmon on the other hand is sweet (due to the sauce) & does not break into pieces when you picked them up with chopsticks.

The chicken dices were flavourful & goes really well with rice. Prawns were fresh & sweet too. We both loved their potato salad. Chunks of potatoes with japanese cucumber were very addictive & appetizing!

There are just too many set meals to choose from. We will definitely come back to try out more dishes! Nice ambience, great food & friendly staffs.

Grilled prawn & chicken w/ potato salad
The prawn and chicken was nicely grilled and very fresh. I really liked the potato salad which is very nicely done with creamy mayo and crunchy cucumber to add texture to the mushy potato...yums.

Wagyu Beef Teppanyaki

Finally, the main course! Beside the beef slices, there was also a lot of bean sprouts and bread. I suppose the bread was there to absorb the excessive oil, but again you can eat it lah. Keke

The beef slices was good with the sweet teppanyaki sauce. Bean sprouts was crispy. Both were great to go along with rice.

***

Teppanyaki Chicken/Seafood Set

I have forgotten the price for this, but should be around $20+/-. Again, there was salad, egg tofu, chawanmushi, miso soup, rice and fruit beside seafood & chicken.

Prawn, Scallop and Chicken Teppan

This set was great! There was seafood, meat and vegetable ( bean sprouts mah..).. a "well-balanced meal" indeed! Keke

The salmon was ok. The prawns and scallop was bigggggggggg... I was expecting something smaller. On the other hand, there was only 2 of each, so kind of not enough since we were sharing food. But then, to be fair, the set was meant for 1 pax so the serving was reasonable bah.

The chicken was really tender, and not greasy or tough. Each piece was neatly cubed in a mouth size and you can pop the chicken cube in the mouth easily

Chawanmushi

The chawanmushi was quite similiar to those served at Sakae Sushi Teppan. It was nicely grilled in an "onion bowl", so that the egg will have the nice fragrance of onion. It was perfect for me, since I dun eat onion but I like its fragrance.

Overall, it was a satisfying meal with lotza "surprises" ( referring to the portion, quality etc) here and there. Therefore, if you are looking for middle ranged teppanyaki place, this should make a nice choice.

Thought of having Teppanyaki for lunch so decide to try this... Such a disappointment.

Only service is good.

Order one seafood set, prawn & chicken set.

Salad- The cutting is too big n it is too raw
Seafood set- Prawn are not well cook when serve so had to send back to recook.
Prawn & Chicken- Prawn was not well cook.
Garlic Rice- Pay to top up from plain rice ... No taste of garlic. Should have eat the plain rice.

Conclusion: I will not return again as the chef cannot even cook a simple prawn well and it is too oily. The food cook is normal even my old folk complain about the food.

There is a good variety of food items cooked on hotplate on the menu. I picked a set meal while my friend who wasn't really hungry picked a fried rice, and we shared 2 appetizers.

My Lollipop Mango $4.90++, a concoction of mango and passionfruit juice with Sprite and topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. It was quite sweet and fruity, well balanced off with the creamy vanilla ice cream.

The appetizers, Pumpkin & Sweet potato slices $4.90++ and Shitake mushroom $4.20++. The japanese pumpkin and sweet potato were very sweet and a delight to eat. The shitake mushroom was soft and juicy...delish too.

Overall dining experience was good, waiting staffs were prompt and polite. Food quality was above expectations and priced reasonably. They made a good decision to cover the open concept kitchen with glass, so that patrons didn't need to suffer from smelly hair and clothing after their meals here. Definitely worth repeated visits.

Their special homemade sauce does adds a distinctive taste to the yakitori as it helps to enhance the flavors of the yakitori. Really enjoy having their Tepanyaki seafood as the seafoods used are very fresh and tasty. The chef has used very nice seasoning to cook this dish which make these seafoods really fragrant and appetitizing. Usually I will also order their stir fried beansprout to go along with the seafood dish, and also a bowl of their fragrant Japanese rice. The portion here is generous and sure will be able to satisfy your taste bud.

Having friends gathering at jurong point for lunch. There are many choices at the Japanese food street. Decided to settle for yaki yaki Bo - specialized in teppanyaki. We were directed to seats in front of the hot grilled plate. Don’t expect a wide range of choices on the menu... after seeing the menus, I ended up ordered a seafood set. It is too salty to my liking.

I had many of their grilled stick items for dinner and i was very satified with the meal.i love the enoki mushroom bacon stick the most.Thebacon was slightly charred but not too tough, the enoki wrapped inside was surprisingly juicy and nice to eat, where i though they would be a bit dry at first as they were grilled.
