I like to eat Yong Tau Foo. I was in Suntec City and found this stall in food public where situated in the ground floor. The display varieties of Yong Tau Foo look fresh and nice. I chose my favourite several pieces of Yong Tau Foo with Mee Hoon and vegetable and requested to serve in dry and mixed with their special made sweet sauce and chili. The taste is delicious. The available table seats are normally full during weekend.

Not only does Yong Soon You Tiao is popular for their wide range of deep fried goodies, I personally also love to drink their soya bean milk drink. It is not too sweet and with the right thickness. Really enjoy myself alot by having a cup of hot soya bean milk with crunchy you tioa to go along with it. At only one dollar and thiry cents per cup, this is definitely a very good bargain for everyone.

Taking a break from walking around jalan-jalan, those wee hours between 4-5pm is just the time where your brain urges you to chew on something. When bought, it was probably cooked already for hours back, so it was hard and cold. My usual favorite of warm, chewy and crispy crunchy goodness in a ball has dissolved into a stale cold piece. If it was warm, it wouldve been better, as this ball isn't as sweet as other places, suiting my level nicely.

Tried the you tiao at Yong Soon You Tiao - Food Republic last week. It is very cripsy and is fried to a very nice golden brown. However, I thought it was abit too oily and salty. Could be much better if they go easy on the oil. Their staff is very friendly and patient despite the long queue though. Great service

You tiao, otherwise known as deep-fried dough sticks are one of my favorite 'guilt- treats' (cause of its high oil content!).The you tiao here is nice and crispy, and not too oily! (Plus point)It is also nicely shaped and while crispy on the outside, is fluffy and soft on the inside.Overall, a great (sinful) snack when you're on the go!

Just like most deep-fried foods, the you tiao at this stall is simply irresistible - especially so when you get them freshly out from the fryer. But it's usually the case cos they sell like hot buns.

They are really crisp on the outside, and warm and soft to the touch on the inside. Similarly, i like the butterfly fritters (aka hum chim peng). This one has a tint of sweetness to it and is a great complement to a cup of their soya bean milk.

There is usually a long queue that keeps building up at this stall, So unless you are willing to wait in line, you should try to avoid peak hours.
