Most people will go to Din Tai Fung for their Xiao Long Bao (dumplings) because that's what they famous for. The skin of the dumplings is of the right thickness, the meaty fillings are very well-seasoned, and soupy. Yummy! No doubt they make good quality Xiao Long Bao, but my favourites are actually their side dishes. The drunken chicken is absolutely a star! Served cold, this dish is simply appetizing!
