What I like about the chicken pau: Meat is juicy, tender and well marinated. There is not much fats and not too oily. The amount is generous. The bread is soft, and is just a small layer surrounding the meat. You are able to taste the meat in every bite, unlike eating plain bun. Only $1.60 each pau, and enough to fill your stomach. What I like about the chicken pau:
Meat is juicy, tender and well marinated. There is not much fats and not too oily. The amount is generous.
The bread is soft, and is just a small layer surrounding the meat. You are able to taste the meat in every bite, unlike eating plain bun.
Only $1.60 each pau, and enough to fill your stomach.

There are other dim sum items too, like the usual siew mai and dumpling. I quite like the chives dumpling, though some people dislike it for its strong smell. The dumpling is big and generous in chives and pork filling.
