There was a few different types of porridge, I selected seafood, something special. From this picture, you couldn't tell what type was it. All the ingrediients were buried below. The claypot itself was not very hot which means that it was not the authentic kind. It was cooked separately and the claypot was just for show. But it didn't affect the taste. The porridge was soft and smooth. It was tasty and yet not salty. Taste better with some chilli padi.
