At $4 per basket of custard pau, and with only three in one dimsum basket, it may seem steep. But after you ate one, you will realise you don’t mind forking out another $4 just to have another taste of the wonderful, flowing custard pau, or in Chinese, liu sap au. The filling is a combination of sweet and salty and it is really very good. Be careful not to waste the flowing custard. It is lucky that the custard flowed into my spoon instead of the plate, so I am able to easily lick my spoon clean

It is lucky that the custard flowed into my spoon instead of the plate, so I am able to easily lick my spoon clean. It is really that good. Do try it, and do go in multiples of three, so that you don’t snatch over the last remaining pau!
