This is the first time I tried Fuzhou cuisine. Not knowing what to expect, I am attracted to the interior deco of the restaurant. It's classy with a hint of oldie ambiance. We ordered the 7-course set meal that costs $38++. First course is the Selection of Fuzhou cold seasonal delicacies. It is a platter with 3 tiny dishes. The marinated/ preserved seaweed is cooling, sour and appetizing. Very unique in taste. The jellyfish with sesame is slightly spicy. The cucumber in special sauce is very coo

However, the sixth course Seafood vermicelli soup served in Fuzhou style, is so starchy, and I'm full straight away! Apart from the starchy bit, the dish actually taste quite Ok.
